Cablewise Electrical and Communications was entrusted with the completion of a 14-week office fit-out project in Subiaco for Newmont Mining’s Perth division, the world’s largest gold mining corporation.
With their headquarters based in the United States and gold mines across the globe, including Australia, Newmont Corporation sought a high-end office space that met their requirements. Cablewise Electrical successfully delivered a 2000 square meter office fit-out, surpassing client expectations.
The project included the installation of intelligent feature lighting solutions in boardrooms and meeting rooms, providing the new tenants with flexible lighting control options.
Cablewise Electrical and Communications provided a range of technical services, including the implementation of the Siemon System for structured cabling, modular lighting solutions, and Helvar Lighting Dali Control for enhanced lighting management.
The final result was a remarkable office space tailored to meet the client’s needs.
