Cablewise was specifically selected by Golder on this commercial electrical fitout project, spanning 1100 square meters, because of our impeccable history with similar fitout and design works. The key to success was rapid execution to enable Golder to operate from their new premise prior to the existing lease expiring for this project.
Great flexibility was provided to allow the client’s design team to communicate unfolding design confirmations and changes rapidly to the Cablewise team in full motion and have them executed with minimum hassle or unnecessary expense.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
- A fully exposed services design ethos was pivotal to this fitout. This was delivered superbly and relished by Cablewise who enjoyed the chance to display masterful install work and the high level of cabling skill that is the “Cablewise Way”
- A KNX lighting control system was implemented to cater for the dynamic control needs of a shared office space & deluxe lounge/breakout mood lighting.
- Clevertronics HIVE emergency & exit lighting were installed to allow for quick and easy ongoing maintenance tests, reducing client costs.
- Panduit Cat 6 structured cabling was used and installed according to a complex segregated administration labelling requirement which although challenging to install results in a highly manageable & user friendly system for IT.
