Enhancing Facilities at Ronald McDonald House
Ronald McDonald House (RMHC) on Park provides families with supported accommodation while their loved ones receive care at Perth Children’s Hospital. Nestled amongst tranquil gardens, this facility offers a comforting environment during challenging times. To better serve its visitors, RMHC embarked on a refurbishment project to create new reception and office spaces and enhance dining facilities for families.

- Budget and Design Coordination: The refurbishment needed careful planning and alignment with financial constraints.
- Enhanced Functionality: The new areas had to meet RMHC’s operational requirements, providing efficiency, comfort, and reliability.
- Timely Delivery: The facility’s importance meant the project needed completion within a strict timeline to minimize disruption.
Objectives
- Improved Facilities: Convert underutilized spaces into functional and inviting areas for families, staff, and visitors.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical and data systems met modern safety standards and codes.
- Enhanced Connectivity: Upgrade data systems to provide seamless access for both staff and visitors.
- Cost-Effective Solutions: Achieve the project’s goals while staying within budget constraints.
