Cablewise Electrical and Communications had a distinct advantage in providing comprehensive electrical, communications, and intelligent lighting solutions for Clifford Chance’s new Perth office. As one of the world’s leading law firms, the office, located on St Georges Terrace, covered an expansive area of 800 square meters. With a tight 12-week deadline, successful completion of the project necessitated seamless communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to meet the project’s objectives.
How did Cablewise Electrical approach the challenge?
In order to fulfil the client’s needs, Cablewise carefully selected a Dynalite lighting solution, integrating AV, blinds, and temperature monitoring to create an exceptionally comfortable environment for office staff. Additionally, Cablewise provided support to Clifford Chance in relocating their active equipment from their previous premises, ensuring minimal disruptions to their daily operations during the transition. For their IT requirements, Clifford Chance implemented a Category 6 Siemon structured cabling solution. Regular online meetings were held with Clifford Chance’s IT and Business Team to ensure a smooth transition of systems and coordinate installation dates for critical equipment, such as structured cabling and UPS installation. As a result, the project was successfully completed within the agreed timelines and budget. The Cablewise Electrical team received positive feedback from the Clifford Chance team, particularly praising the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
